Dynaudio Limited Mobile Audio Warranty print

The conditions are as described in the following:

1. The warranty period is three (3) years on Dynaudio Mobile Fidelity products installed by an authorized dealer, one (1) year if otherwise. No one, including your dealer or installer, has any authority to modify this Warranty in any manner.

2. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of this product and applies to the initial purchaser only.

3. Warranty claims should be processed through an Authorized Dynaudio Mobile Fidelity Dealer. The warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from an Authorized Dynaudio Mobile Fidelity Dealer.

4. The Warranty Card must be filled out completely and returned to the offices of Dynaudio North America in order to activate the warranty. If you fail to register, you may be required to supply your original sales receipt and original installation receipt in order to prove that you are entitled to said Warranty coverage.

5. In the event that warranty service required, a claim must be made to Dynaudio North America for Return Authorization, preferably through an Authorized Dynaudio Mobile Fidelity Dealer. Only upon presentation of said Return Authorization will warranty privileges be granted.

6. This warranty covers faults resulting from material or workmanship only. Not covered are natural wear and tear, faults resulting from abuse, product misuse, physical modification to product, damage due to shipping, improper packing of return shipment, incorrect installation, and in particular, overloads. In case of justified claims during the warranty period we will replace or repair the parts in question at our sole discretion, free of charge. In the event of replacement we reserve the right to deliver a successor model upgrade. No further claim will be accepted, in particular not for compensation of any kind, such as those arising from improper installation, physical modification to product(s), and damage to load bearing parts of a vehicle. Dynaudio is not to be held responsible for any claims of personal injury which may result in conjunction with use of these products.

7. Any repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend the original period or warranty granted to the part purchased.

8. All warranty returns must be accompanied with original packing material and product carton. If this is not available, product must be properly and safely packed prior to return shipment. Any other form of packing, especially improper packing that can cause physical damage to product, will not be honored; said warranty will be void.

9. This warranty does not cover any kind of transport damage. Such damage must be cleared directly with the respective transport company.

10. Improper treatment and/or interference by people not authorized by Dynaudio renders this warranty null and void.

11. Provisions of the Danish product liability law and inalienable comparable foreign law regulations shall remain unaffected.
