Estate cars are traditionally associated with the Volvo brand, but in former times they were solely dedicated to usability and offering large space. The new models offer a dynamic driving character and luxurious comfort at a high-class level. With the Volvo V70, the Swedish manufacturer underlines this target. “For the new V70 we have emphasised luxury, to point out our premium approach much stronger.” says Steve Mattin, Design Director for Volvo Cars. “Our task was to refine the Volvo V70 discreetly, but give it much more individual class.” The XC70 even goes a step further by combining 4-wheel-drive, greater ground clearance and special All-Terrain-Bodywork with high-class comfort.
Volvo promises `Travelling First Class` and this also includes the music experience. The Premium Sound System, specifically designed to work in the acoustical environment of your Volvo, is a milestone for the automobile hifi-landscape. It is the result of a close and long-time collaboration between Volvo, Dynaudio and Dolby Laboratories.
