Dynaudio Xeo 3 is HiFi World Champion 2012!
For the very first time thousands of online users all around the world voted to elect the "HiFi World Champions 2012".
This award is not related to any manufacturer or industrial association of the consumer electronics industry and therefore it is one of the highest honourings for any product. Dynaudio Xeo 3 was awarded for "Best Innovation" - and so it is now a true HiFi World Champion.
European Wireless Hi-Fi 2012-2013: Xeo wins EISA AWARD!
The new Xeo Series has been awarded with the prestigious EISA AWARD: 16 international HiFi- and Audio/Video magazines voted Xeo as Europe's Best Product in the category Wireless HiFi 2012-2013!
This is already the second award for Xeo: At its launch at the CES 2012 in January WHAT HI-FI? has awarded Xeo as one of the 10 best new products of the show.
Now EISA, the European Imaging And Sound Association, awarded Xeo for the Best Wireless Product. Dynaudio is the first and so far still the only one who offers real high end quality in a wireless loudspeaker. The jury emphasized this claim in their official citation:
"Hi-fi without cables? If this is your domestic dream then Dynaudio has the solution
with its Xeo wireless audio system. If Wi-Fi is traditionally associated with lo-fi then
Xeo looks to set a higher standard".

Professional reviewers of audio and music magazines all over the world listen to, compare, and judge all available loudspeakers, again and again.
First of all was the dedicated Xeo room where both Xeo 3 and Xeo 5 were playing, combined with an Apple Macbook Air and iTunes / Pure Music software. Shown here for the first time were two new Xeo finishes: Satin White and Satin Black, adding to the available glossy Piano Lacquer versions. The new finishes will be available from early June.
In the NAD room the Focus 380 was combined with the new NAD C 390DD digital amplifier and different analogue and digital music sources, all wired by Audioquest. Audioquest also demonstrated their new cables with Dynaudio: A Confidence C1 Signature in striking Mocca real wood veneer.
In the Chord Electronics room the new Confidence C4 II in white Piano Lacquer formed a true high-end setup with preamp CPA 8000, two monoblocks SPM 14000, Red Reference MKIII CD-Player and the new Chord Streaming Client DSX 1000. Also included was the excellent Sarum speaker cable by UK cable manufacturer Chord Company.
Outside the demo rooms visitors took a seat in the new Volkswagen CC, fitted with the 10-channel Dynaudio Confidence sound system.
A hidden highlight was a Dynaudio concept study: The Evidence Platinum is a new flagship speaker project, shown here for the very first time as a first design study.

Dynaudio presents Xeo, the world's first wirelss, remote controlled active speakers. Amplifiers, d/a-converters and speaker cables become expendable. Xeo is very easy to use and sounds awesomely brilliant.
Comprised of two models, the compact Xeo 3 bookshelf monitor and the slim Xeo 5 floor stander, the Xeo models are wireless, remote controlled active loudspeakers. The compact Xeo Transmitter receives music via several analogue and digital inputs and transmits it wirelessly to the powered Xeo loudspeakers. Everything else can easily done via the Xeo remote control. Powering the speakers on and off, setting the volume level and an audio source, or muting the sound.
A Xeo system can be expanded simply via additional Xeo loudspeakers, to bring your music wirelessly in a second or even a third room, with individual source selection. All this without any speaker cables or additional amplifiers. But with the full resolution of a CD.
Dynaudio wins "Stars of the CES 2012" - Award
Two days after the world-exclusive Xeo launch at the CES 21012, Dynaudio was awarded with the prestigious "Stars of the CES 2012" accolade by the internationally renowned WHAT HI-FI? Sound and Vision Magazin.
The jury searched out for the most innovative, market-changing new products and applauded Dynaudio for finally bringing a high-quality audio, wireless loudspeaker to the market.
